CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION NO. 86-/--3,?
A RESOLUI-ION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE CITY OF
TIGARD BUDGET COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Oregon Law requires that the City of Tigard Budget Committee consist
of five Councilors and an equal number, or resident property owners; and
WHEREAS, there are now two vacancies on the City of Tigard Budget Committee;
and
WHEREAS, Nick Frezza, whose term of office expires June 30, 1987, has notified
the City Administrator of his resignation effective January 31, 1987, in
addition to the two terns already vacant; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Frezza's resignation can be accepted at this time and an
appointment can be made to his position effective upon his resignation date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The following persons are appointed to the Tigard Budget
Committee for the terms of office as indicated:
David Funk Term Expires 06/30/87 (Effective 2/1/87)
Floyd Bergmann 06/30/88
Joyce Patton " 06/30/89
