A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE AGREEMENT FOR POLICE SERVICES BEI-WEEN THE' CITY OF
TIGARD AND l'tiE CITY OF DURHAM AS PREVIOUSLY ADOPTE=D BY RESOLUTION NO. 86--108
ON SEPTEMBER 15, 1986.
WHEREAS, on September 15, 1986, the Tigard City Council adopted an agreement
for police services between the City Of Tigard and the City of Durham pursuant
to Resolution 86-108, and
WHEREAS, the parties to the contract have conferred and agreed upon minor
amendments,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
The above-referenced agreement For police services between the City of
Tigard and The City of Durham be amended as follows:
Section 1. Any reference to the "Durham City Manager-" shall be amended to
read "Durham City Administrator."
Section 2. Section 1H of the co-tract shall be amended by deleting the
following language: "Certificates of such coverage shall be available for
inspection by the Durham City Manager or his designee upon reasonable
advance notice at any time after execution of this agreement," and by
addition of the following language: "Certificates of Insurance of such
coverage shall be provided to the City of Durham by the City of Tigard."
Section 3, Section 3C shall be amended to change the required advance
notification for termination of the contract from thirty (30) days written
notice to sixty (60) days written notice.
