RESOLUTION NO. 86—__2__P�
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL APPOINTING CATHERINE WHEATLEY AS
DEPUTY CITY RECORDER AND AUTHORIZING HER TO ACT AS CITY RECORDER IN CERTAIN
CIRCUMSTANCES.
WHEREAS, the office of City Recorder of the City of Tigard is held by Loreen
R. Wilson; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary from time to time for the City Recorder to be away
from the City or from City Hall; and
WHEREAS, it would be advantageous during such times as the City Recorder is
not present to have the office of the Recorder stili Performing its function
and available to the Mayor, City Council, City staff, and the public.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Catherine Wheatley is hereby named Deputy City Recorder. By
virtue of this office, she is empowered by the City Council to
act as City Recorder at any time in the absence of the City
Recorder, Loreen R. Wilson.
