Resolution No. 86-100 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON RESOLUTION NO. 86--, �1) A RESOLUTION CONCERNING VACATION OF A PORTION OF SW ELECTRIC STREET TO *TIGARD ARCO ON SW MAIN STREET), DEDICAT (ADJACENT ED TO THE PUBLIC IN THE CITYNT TIGARD WASHINGTON COUNTY OREGON. OF WHEREAS, a vacation request has been received and filed with the City Recorder for vacation of street right—of—way; and WHEREAS, this portion of land was previously dedicated for street right—of-way purposes, it has been determined to riot be purpose; and needed by the City for this I WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council finds it necessary and desirable to initiate vacation proceedings for said parcel. NOW, THEREFORE, BE I7 RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council: (1) That the Tigard City Council initiates the vacation request with the understanding that those property owners who would normally sign a Petition shall be notified by mail of the proceedings City will be responsible for all fees and cand that the Chapter 15.08. harges as set out in TMC (2) That a public hearing is hereby called to be held by the City Council on Monday, October 13, 1986, at 7:00 P.M. at the Tigard Civic Center Town Hall Room, 13125 SW Hall Blvd., within the City of Tigard, at which time and place the Council shallhear any objections to, and any interested person may appear and be heard for or against, the proposed vacating of said lands. The request was initiated by the City Council on September a 1986 at the request of City staff. Any interested person may appear and be heard for or against the proposed vacation of said lands.
