A RESOLUTION FURTHERING ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF TIGARD OF THE TERRITORY AS
OU"TLINED IN EXHIBIT "A" AND DESCRIBED EXHIBIT "B" ATTACHED. (DURHAM ROAD)
ZCA 9-86.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tigard held a public hearing on
August 25, 1986, to consider the annexation of Durham Road right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, ORS 199.490 (1)(a) gives the governing body the authority to proceed
with a minor boundary change by adoption of a resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council has determined that the annexation of the
Durham Road right-of-way is in the best interest of the citizen- of Tigard; and
WHER�--AS, the proposed annexation is in accordance with URS 490 and constitutes
a "minor boundary change" under Boundary Commission Law, 199.410 to 199.510.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The Council hereby approves the proposed annexation and requests
the Commission to approve it and effect it as soon as possible.
Section 2: The City Recorder is hereby directed to file certified copies of
the resolution with the Portland Metropolitan Areal Local
Government Boundary Commission at once.

Those portions of SW Durham Road (County Road No. 429) located in Section 15
and 14, Township 2 South, Range 1 West, Willamette Maridian, in Washington
County, Oregon, being more particularly described as follows:
Parcel I Beginning at the northwest corner of that tract conveyed to Charl,=s
E. and Opal A. Labahn, by deed, recorded in Book 951, Page 33 Washington
County Deed Records; said point of beginning also being on the north line of
said Section 15; thence West, on said north line 227.40 feet to the northeast
corner of Lot 25, Willowbrook Farm, a recorded Plat, Washington County Plat
Records; thence South on the,east line of said Lot 25, 20 feet to the south
right-of-way line of SW Durham Road (County Road No. 429); thence East on said
south right-of-way line 227.40 feet; thence North 20 feet to the point of
beginning.
Parcel TT Beginning on 'the north line of said Section 15 at it's
intersection with the northerly extension of the east right-of-way line of Sw
108th Avenue (County Road No. 1366); thence East on said north section line
687.06 feet to the northeast corner of said section 15; thence East on the
north line of said Section 14, 883.59 feet to the northerly extension of the
west boundary line of Pick's Landing No. 1, a recorded Plat, Washington County
Plat Records; thence South 20 feet to the south right-of-way line of SW Durham
Road; thence West on said south right-of-way line 1570.65 feet to the east
right-of-way line of said SW 108th Avenue; thence North on the northerly
extension of said east right-of-sway line 20 feet to the point of beginning.
