e IN THE MATTER REGARDING THE CORRECTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 86--59 GRANTING THE
APPROVAL OF SITE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW (SUR 6-86) AND VARIANCE (V 5-86) REQUESTED
BY FIRST INTERSTATE TRUST.
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the above application subject to
conditions; and
WHEREAS, the original conditions contained in the Director's decision where to
be included in the Council's final order, but were inadvertently omitted:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Resolution No. 86-59 be amended under the conclusions of law section to
include the following subsection:
(4) All other conditions contained in the Planning Director's
decision of March 14, 1986, shall remain in effect.
The City Council orders that the above reference amendment to Resolution No.
86-59 is approved.
The Council further orders that the City Recorder send a corrected copy of
Resolution 86-59 as a notice of final decision in this matter.
