RESOLUTION NO. 86--'-7 -
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL. REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 78-8 AND
82-47 AND APPOINTING MARGE FORZA AS A DEPUTY CITY RECORDER FOR MUNICIPAL
RELATED PURPOSES. COURT
WHEREAS, Billie Rawlings and Lowana Murray no longer serve as Municipal Court
Clerks, Resolutions 76-8 and 82-47 may be repealed; and
WHEREAS, Marge Forza is currently serving as Municipal Court Clerk and should
be appointed to fill the capacity of Deputy City Recorder for Municipal Court
related purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Resolutions 78-8 and 82-47 are repealed since Billie Rawlings and
Lowana Murray no longer serve as Municipal Court Clerks.
Section 2: Marge Forza, an employee of the City of Tigard, is hereby
appointed as Deputy City Recorder, for Municipal Court related purposes and is
authorized to witness signatures on complaints on Behalf of the City Recorder
in the event of absence or unavailability of the City Recorder.
