RESOLUTION NO. 86-�
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
RECORDER TO SIGN FEDERAL AID PROJECT REQUESTS FOR TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT HALL
BOULEVARD AND EURNHAM STREET, AND AT GREENBURG ROAD ANT TIEDEMAN AVENU^.
WHEREAS, the City's Capital Improvement Program calls for installation of
traffic signals at the intersection of Hall Blvd. and Burnham Street, and at
the intersection of Greenburg Road and Tiedeman Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Federal funding is available to pay a portion of the installation
costs for said traffic signals; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council desires that the available Federal funding be
used on said traffic signal projects;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The Council hereby authorizes the Mayor and the City Recorder to
sign Federal Aid Project Request forms for the installation of
traffic signals at the intersection or Hall Blvd. and Burnham
- Street, and also at the intersection of Greenburg Road and
Tiedeman Avenue.
