RESOLUTION NO. 86- 7
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL AMENDING RESOLUTION NUMBERS 85-99 and
85-104 BY TEMPORARILY EXPANDING THE UTILITIES AND FRANCHISES COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 85--99 established the Tigard Utilities and Franchises
Committee; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 85-104 amended the provisions for ex-officio members
of that Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Council now desires to make a temporary appointment of an At
Large member to serve as the Mayor's representative.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council _nut:
Section 1: The Tigard Utilities and Franchises Committee shall be temporarily
expanded by the appointment of an At Large member to serve as the Mayor's
representative to the Committee. This representative will serve as a liaison
between the Council and the Utilities and Franchises Committee and will report
directly to the Mayor and City Council. Said position is hereby created and
will terminate on 12/31/86.
Section 2: The following person is appointed to the Tigard Utilities and
Franchises Committee as the At Large member serving as the Mayor's
representative.
