RESOLUTION NO. 86-30
A RES'OLUT'ION OF THE TI:GARD CITY COUNCIL PRESCRIBING NEW FEES FOR THE SALE OF
PLANIMETP,IC MAPS AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 84-18A.
WHEREAS, to recover the costs of maintaining and printing planimetric maps
fees and charges are prescribed; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 82-72 granted the City Council the authority to set
rates for fees and charges,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Resolution No. 84-ISA be repealed in its entirety and that the
following fee structure is hereby established for the sale of
planimetric maps:
a. For the quarter section bl.ueline print - $5.00
b. For each quarter section mylar reproducible - $150.00 plus
the actual cost of creati the mylar. Mylar reproduci.bl.es
are available only to other governmental entities under the
r' condition that the maps will be used for the agency's
purposes only -And copies will not be sold or distributed in
any fashion.
C. For a photo copy of a portion of a quarter section map -
$,25 per, page. Photo copies are available only to resident
homeowners For personal nun-commerical use on a one copy
per person basis.
Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
