RESOLUTION NO. 86-26
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL REVISING THE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR, ROBERT W. JEAN, REGARDING VEHICLE `.
EXPENSES.

WHEREAS, this Agreement may be amended by mutual consent oP the parties;
WHEREAS, the City needs to purchase a new fleet vehicle or rotate the
Administrator's assigned car into the fleet pool, and that the Adm-nistrator
is willing to provide his own car for city business under a reimbursement
expense allowance agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Section 7B of the Employment Agreement between the City and City
Administrator, Robert Jean, is hereby repealed and replaced as follows: "The
City shall provide $250 per month vehicle allowance to Employee who shall
provide his own vehicle, insurance, operation and maintenance. Employee shall
provide for oil and gasoline within the Portland Metro area. City shall
reimburse for gasoline expenses on City business outside tiie Portland Metro
area."
