A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL_ AMENDING RFSOLUTION 84--71 AND SETTING
AN EFFECTIVE GATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has adopted planning ordinances pursuant to
Chapters 227 and 92 of the Oregon Revised Statutes-, and
WHEREAS, the adopted planning ordinances require that for the purpose of
defraying the expenses arising From or incident to investigation, evaluation
and processing applications fees and charges be prescribed; and
WHEREAS, Section 3.32 of the Tiaard Municipal Code grants the City Council the
authority to set rates for fees and charges by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council on September 24, 1984 moved to set rates for
fees currently at no rate at 80% of the cost; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 84-71 set new fees and charges for planning Services
including the Historic District Overlay; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance 86-02 modiFied the application requirements for the
Historic District Overlay which are less costly to administer; and
WHEREAS, the effective date for the new fees and charges is to be April 1,
1986,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council. that:
Section 1: Charges for Historic_ District Overlay Designation or removal of
designation shall be $75.00 per action.
Section 2: This resolution shall be effective on and after the 1st day of
t',pri.l., 1986.
