A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING 1'HE PRELIMINARY FINAL ENGINEER's REPORT AND PROPOSED
FINAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LID 21--72nd AVENUE AP.EA STREET IMPROVEMENTS AND CALLING
FOR A PUBLIC HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council passed Ordinance Nos. 82-13, 82-2,3, 82-52 and
82--68 forming the district, authorizing the construction of the improvement
and pre-assessing the property owners, and
WHEREAS, the improvement known as LTD 21--72nd Avenue Area Street Improvements
has been completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1. The Tigard City Council accepts the pralirninary final engineers
report including the final assessment roll known as Exhibit B in said report.
Section 2. The Tigard City Council calls for a public hearing on the final
assessment ordinance for January 20, 1986 and directs the Finance Director to
notify the affected property owners.
