RESOLUTION BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL, ACTING AS ItrIE LOCAL CONTRACT REVIEW
BOARD, TO AWARD BID FOR CONSTRUCTION OF 68T14 PARKWAY STREET LOCAL IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO, 35, CREATED PURSUANT l'O ORDINANCE NO. 83-81,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tigard, at it's Regular Meeting of
June 27, 1983, appro•!ed, ratified, and adopted amended preliminary plans,
specifications and estimates for construction of 68th Parkway Street
Improvement, and directed solicitation of bids for construction of said street
improvements; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tigard at its Regular Meeting of
October 28, 1985, approved a call for bids on said project; and
WHEREAS, on December 5, 1985, bids were opened and read on said project with
the lowest qualified bidder being Clearwater Construction Company, in the
amount of $419,125.70.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
1. The bid for construction of 68th Parkway Street Local Improvement
District ##35 be awarded to Clearwater Construction Company in the
amount of '$419,125.70,
2. Execution of the construction contract is subject to receipt and
recording of Donald Pollock mortgage release and Henry S Dorothy
White dedication documents.
