RESOLUTION NO. 85-_jV T
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL AMENDING RESOLUTION 85-99;
ESTABLISHING A NEW UTILITIES AND FRANCHISES COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Resolution 85-99 was passed on November 25, 1985, combining the Solid
Waste Committee and the Utilities Committee into one Utilities and Franchises
Advisory Committee, and the Following was inadvertantly left out of the
Resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council, that the following
language be added to the requirements in Res. 85-99:
1. "Each of the City's franchisee. haulers shall. be non-voting
ex-officio members who shall be notified of all meetings and shall have full
rights of participation in committee meetings except Executive Sessions
affecting litigation. A non-voting ex-officio staff liaison person shall be
appointed by the City Adminisrator."
