Resolution No. 85-99 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION NO. 85--
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL REPEALING RES. 85-73 AND 85-76;
ESTABLISHING A NEW UTILITIES AND iRANCHISES COMMITTEE_; AND MAKING APPOINTMENTS
TO THE TIGARD UTILITIES AND FRANCHISES ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Resolution 85-76 established a temporary Wastewater (Storm Drainage
and Sanitary Sewer) Utility Advisory Task Force and Resolution 85-73
established a Recycling and Solid Waste Franchise Advisory Task Force, and
Council now desires to combine these into one standing advisory committee on
Utilities and Franchises;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
1) The Tigard Utilities and Franchises Committee is hereby established;
2) Resolution 85-76 and 85-73 are hereby Repealed, and the Committee
shall report to Council as to timelines and work plan;
3) The Tigard Utilities and Franchises Advisory Committee shall consist
of seven members;
4) Initial terms of office have been set as follows: three 3 year
terms, two 2 year terms and 2 one year terms; with three year appointments
thereafter;
5) The following persons are appointed to the Tigard Utilities and
Franchises Advisory Committee to fill the vacant positions, for the term of
office as indicated:
Michael Mi.sovetz Term expires December 31, 1988
Fred Benz Term expires December 31, 1988
Barbara Osborne Term expires December 31, 1988
LaValle Allen Term expires December 31, 1987
Gerry McReynolds Term expires December 31, 1987
Marcia Gaiser Term expires December 31, 1986
Donald Jacobs Term expires December 31. 1.986
