A RESOLUTION DIRECTING CITY STAFF TO PREPARE A PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
RELEVANT Tn POTFNTTAL INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC SANITARY SEWERAGE FACILITIES SERVING
GENERALLY, THE AREA COMMONLY KNOWN AS S.W. 100th AND INEZ
IN THE CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON.
WHEREAS, the City Council has accepted City Staff's preliminary evaluation
report; and
WHEREAS, The City Council has accepted one or more local improvement
district interest petition(s); and
WHEREAS, all of the above is relevant to potential installation of public
sanitary sewerage facilities in an area commonly known as S.W. 100th and inz,
in the City of Tigard, Oreqon; and
WHEREAS, said area is not now served by public sanitary sewerage facili-
ties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
a) That the City Council does hereby deem it expedie:.t and necessary
to direct City Staff to further investigate the aforsaid situation to prepare a
preliminary engineering report, then to forward said engineering report to the
City Council for acceptance consideration.
