RESOLUTION NO, 85-=
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 85-87
(HALL/BURNHAM LID PUBLIC HEARING - PHASE II)
WHEREAS, The 'Tigard City Council adopted Resolution No. 85-87 or, October 28,
1985 declaring their intention to consider formation of a Local Improvement
District to construct half-street improvements to S.W. Hall/Burnham and
setting the date for a public hearing,
WHEREAS, the total cost estimate in the Resolution was stated as $253,000 for
said improvements but the total cost estimate given in the preliminary
engineering report was $293,000.
NOW, !:EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that.:
Resolution No. 85-87 shall be amended by changing the total project cost
amount from $253,000 to $293,000.
