A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL MHKING APPOINTMENT 1-0 THE CITY OF
TIGARD BUDGET COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Oregon Law requires that the City of Tigard Budget Committee consist
of five Councilmen and an equal number of resident property owners; and
WHEREAS, due to a term of office being vacant, there is now one vacancy on the
City of Tigard Budget Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council thmt:
Section 1: The following person be appointed to the Tigard Budget
Committee for the term of office as indicated:
