RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD C"[:TY COUNCIL. ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
CONSTRUCT WITHIN COPPER CREEK (PHASE :CI) SUBDIVISION AND AUTHORIZING RELEASE
OF THE SIDEWALK BOND.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard Subdivision Ordinance requires subdividers to
install streets, sidewalks, street lights, storm sewers, sanitary sewers,
underground utilities and other public facilities for the development of
subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the City further required the payment
Compliar ' Agreement which stipulates that: of fees and the execution of a
"Upon receipt of certification by the Department
that all requirements have been of Public Works
met and a One Year Maintenance Bond,
the City Council agrees to accept the public improvements, subject
to the requirements for correction of deficiencies
for a period of one year. ..;" and and maintenance
WHEREAS, on November 1st, 1982, the City Council accepted the public
improvements which were complete to date subject tc certain conditions
documented in Resolution No. 82-121; and
WHEREAS, on December 19th, 1983, the City Council authorized release of the
one year maintenance bond accepting in place
bond; and n thereoa sidewalk completion
WHEREAS, staff certifies that all deficiencies have now been corrected and all
Public improvements are complete;
" M, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
The public improvements constructed within Copper Creek (Phase II)
Subdivision, said subdivision being recorded in Book 54 on Page 34 and 35 in
Washington County, Oregon, Plat Records be accepted.
AND FURTHER, the City Council herein authorizes release of the aforesaid
Sidewalk Bond.
