RF_SOLUTION NO. 85—
A RESOL'JPION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL MAKING A 2''EAPPOINTMENT TO THE BUDGET
COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the Oregon Revised Statutes require the City of TigArd Budget
Committee consist of five Council representatives and an equal number of
residential property owners; and
WHEREAS, due to a term of office becoming vacant on June 30, 1985, there will
be one vacant.. on the City of Tigard Budget Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The following person be reappointed to the Tigard Budget Committee
for the term of office shown below:
Wally Hoffman Term Expires 06/30/88
