Resolution No. 84-86 p� 1 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON RESOLUTION NO. 84-Kl� A RESOLUTION IDENTIFYING ASSESSED PROPERTIES THAT ARE IN DEFAULT GIVING THE NAME OF THE OWNER, THE SU24S DUE, TOGETHER WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY UPON WHICH THE SUMS ARE OWING. WHEREAS, the Oregon Revised Statutes state an assessment becomes delinquent anytime after 60 days from when it became due and payable. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: Section 1.
