RESOLUTION NO. 84--jkâ
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE CITY OF
TIGARD TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, according to the provisions of Resolution No. 34-62, creating the
City of Tigard Transportation Advisory Committee, the Committee shall consist
of nine members, four of whom will initially be appointed for two year terms
and four for one year ter-ni.s whip the Mayor's or the Mayor designee's term
will run concurrently with the term of office; and
WHEREAS, Council has approved six appointments to the committee besides the
Mayor or Mayor's designee position, but needs to ratify that action by
Resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
The following persons be appointed to the Tigard Transportation
Advisory Committee to fill the terms of office as indicated.

Robert W. Kempter, Jr. December 31, 1985
Mark Padgett December 31, 1985
Milton Fyre (P.C. Rep) December 31, 1986
E Joe Schweitz December 31, 1986
