A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL PRESCRIBING BLASTING PERMIT- FEE AND
SETTING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
—4EREAS, Ordinance No. 84-41 amending Section 7.32.080 of the Tigard Municipal
Code on blasting without a permit, requires investigating, evaluating and
processing permit applications; and
^E,^,c Ordinance No An- ampnding Ordinance No. 84-41 on a permit to
blast with explosives, grants the Tigard City Council the authority to require
a fee to be paid for investigating, evaluating and processing the application;
and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council on September 24, 1984 moved to set rates for
fees currently at no rate at 80% of the cost; and
WHEREAS, the effective date for the new fees and charges rates is to be
December 1, 1984.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT' RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Charges for the following service is set as follows:
Blasting Permit Fee $120
SECTION 2: This resolution shall be effective on and after the 1st day of
December, 1984. 1
