RESOLUTION NO. 84-_-Z/
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL PRESCRIBING NEW PLANNING FEES AND
CHARGES AND SETTING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has adopted planning ordinances pursuant to
Chapters 227 and 92 of the Oregon Revised Statutes; and
WHEREAS, the adopted planning ordinances require that for the purpose of
defraying the expenses arising from or incident to investigation, evaluation
and processing applications fees and charges be prescribed; and
WHEREAS, Section 3.32 of the Tigard Municipal Code grants the City Council the
authority to set rates for fees and charges by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council on September 24, 1984 moved to set rates for
fees currently at no rate at 80% of the cost; and
WHEREAS, the effective date for the new fees and charges rates is to be
December 1, 1984.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Charges for the following services are set as follows:

Zone Change Annexations $675
Sign Code Exceptions $200
Zone Ordinance Amendment $320

Historic Overlay District $400
Tree Removal Permit $ 44
Accessory Uses/Accessory Structures $112
Interpretation of C.D.C. by Planning Department $ 50
Zero Lot Line Setback Standards $220
Lot Line Adjustment $220
AppP�l of Director's Decision $240
SECTION 2: This resolution shall be effective on and after the 1st day of
December, 1984. ,//
