RESOLUTION NO. 84- 33
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TIGARD RATIFYING AND EXTENDING THE TERMS OF THE
CITY'S APPROVAL TO THE WCCLS LIBRARY AGREEMENT.

WHEREAS, the City Council approved its ya iyatior. _.. � .,,_.... _
Cooperative Library System (WCCLS) on April`9, 1984;
WHEREAS, that agreement provided for all parties to approve by April 18, 1984;
WHEREAS, all parties excepting the City of Beaverton did approve the agreement
by the set deadline, and Beaverton may yet reconsider its position.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The City of Tigard ratifies and confirms its participation in
WCCLS under the terms of the agreement as approved or. April 9,
1984 notwithstanding the action of the City of Beaverton; and
Section 2: The City of Tigard agrees to its participation with or without
the City of Beaverton involvement as long as the other terms and
members of the cooperative exist.
