RESOLUTION NO. 84-_L
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL PRESCRIBING NEW FEES AND CHARGES FOR
SPECIFIC POLICE SERVICES.
WHEREAS, ORS 192.440(2) and Ordinance No. 82-72 grant the City of Tigard
the authority to set rates for fees and charges, to recover the City's costs
of service; and
WHEREAS, fees and charges for specific police services have remained
unchanged since 1965.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Fees and charges for the following services be levied:
(a) Copies of Police Reports -- $5.00 for the first ten (10) pages or
less, and 250 per copy thereafter;
(b) Copies of Police photographs -- $2.00 per print-
(c) Finger prints -- $5.00 per set (both hands).
Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
