A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL PRESCRIBING NEW FEES FOR SIGN CODE
EXCEPTIONS.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has adopted the Cormnunity Development Code as
part of the Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, the adopted Community Development Code requires that for the
purpose of defraying the expenses arising from or incident to investigation,
evaluation and processing of sign code exception applications a fee is
charged; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 82-72 granted the City Coun-'l the authority to set
rates for fees and charges.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT_ RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The fee required for sign code exceptions be set at $100.00.
