RESOLUTION NO. 83 DL
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD
CONSTRUCTED WITHIN ENZ GLEWOOD CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC SUBDIVISION. IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard Subdivision Ordinance
install streets, sidewalks, street lights, sti a sewers, sanita r
requires subdividers to
underground utilities and other public facilities for the development of
WHEREAS, the City further required the payment of fees and
of a Compliance Agreement which stipulates that:
