RESOLUTION NO. 83- 5�0-
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL RATIFYING APPOINTMENT TO THE TIGARD
LIBRARY BOARD.
WHEREAS, according to the provisions of Chapter 2.36.030 of the Tigard
Municipal Code, the Library Board shall consist of seven members; and
WHEREAS, one term of office for the Library Board has been vacated; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council at its August 29, 1983 Special Meeting
did appoint a Library Board member; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council now wishes to ratify that appointment.
NOW, THER,FORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council of the City of Tigard that:
Section 1: The following person be appointed to the Library Board for the
term of office as indicated.
