RESOLUTION NO. 83- �9
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL RATIFYING APPOINTMENT TO THE TIGARD
PLANNING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, according to the provisions of Chapter 2.08.011 of the Tigard
Municipal Code, the Planning Commission shall consist of nine members; and
WHEREAS, one term of office for the Planning Commission has been
vacated; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council at its August 29, 1983 Special
Meeting did appoint a Planning Commission member; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council now wishes to ratify that appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council of the City of Tigard that:
Section 1: The following person be appointed to the Planning Commission
for the term of office as indicated.
Milton F. Fyre Term Expires July 1, 1989
