A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL RATIFYING APPOINTMENT TO THE TIGARD
PARK AND RECREATION BOARD.
WHEREAS, according to the provisions of Chapter 2.12.010 of the Tigard
Municipal Code, the Park and Recreation Board shall consist of nine members;
and
WHEREAS; one term of office for the Park and Recreation Board has been
vacated; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council at its August 29, 1983 Special Meeting
did appoint a Park and Recreation Board member; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council now wishes to ratify that appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council of the City of Tigard that:
Section 1: The following person be appointed to the Park and Recreation
q_. Board for the term of office as indicated.
Myrna Pinkerton Term Expires December 31, 1984
