A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL AMMENDING EXHIBIT "A" OF RESOLUTION NO.
83-64 BY ADDING THERETO: DECLARING SURPLUS MATERIALS TO BE SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION.
WHEREAS, the City Council on July 18, 1983, passed Resolution No. 83-64
(including an Exhibit "A" therewith); and
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has additional surplus materials and supplies
which are no longer needed for operation; and
WHEREAS, there will be an auction at the Tigard Town & Country Days cele-
bration on July 30, 1983 at 1:00 p.m. at Cook Park.
NOW, THEREFORE
!! BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
Section 1: ThE attached Exhibit "A" sets forth additional surplus materials
and supplies which are to be sold at the Town & Country Days cele-
bration auction on July 30, 1983, at 1:00 p.m. in Cook Park.
Section 2: Exhibit "A" of Resolution No. 83-64 is hereby ammended by adding
thereto the attached Exhibit "A".
