AUTHORIZING A LOAN FROM THE STORM DRAINAGE FUND TO THE TIGARD URBAN RENEWAL
AGENCY
WHEREAS, the Tigard Urban Renewal Plan includes various stone drainage
improvements, and
WHEREAS, the Tigard Urban Renewal Agency has need for a $15,000.00 loan to
meet its current expenses in the 1982-83 fiscal year, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard Storm Drainage Fund has appropriations for Capital
Projects and is permitted to make loans pursuant to Ordinance 82-71, for
purposes of enabling Downtown Tigard Revitalization planning to proceed
including planning and prioritizing of sewer and storm drainage work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIGARD THAT;
1. The Storm Drainage Fund is authorized to loan the Tigard Urban Renewal
Agency the sum of $15,000.00 to be repaid on or before June 30, 1984.
2. The loan will be interest free and will be retired as funds are received.
