RESOLUTION NO. 83-_q5
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council finds it necessary to transfer funds to
meet the following expenses: Puiicel n a stig-st on - Vehicle_, Municipal Court
- Indigent Defense, Finance & Records - Materials & Services, Public Works -
Waste Water & Streets - Materials & Service, Mayor & Council - Personal,
General Government - Personal - Previous Years Unemployment, General
Government - Materials & Services - Legal & Misc.
WHEREAS, the Council further finds that there are budgeted and contingency
funds available for these expenditures: and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The Tigard City Council hereby authorizes the following
transfers of funds to meet the expenses as set out above.
