CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION NO. 83-_16
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL, AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, at the time of budget preparation there were expenditures which were
unanticipated that the City of Tigard has experienced; and
WHEREAS, at the time of budget preparation there were more revenues
anticipated than General Fund has received; and
WHEREAS, at the time of transferring funds Resolution No. 82-147, Storm
Drainage Funds were not available to be used in this fiscal year for Finance
and Records and General Government purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
Section 1: The following funds must be transferred for General Government
(legal fees); Policy and Administration (materials and services
for Mayor and Council); community Services-Finance and Records,
(personal services for accounting division) due to storm
drainage rate adjustment.
