RESOLUTION NO. -93,&0
RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
CONSTRUCTED WITHIN STRATFORD SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard Subdivision Ordinance requires subdividers
to install streets, sidewalks, street lights, storm sewers, sanitary sewers,
underground utilities and other public facilities for the development of
subdivisions; and
WHEREAS, the City further required the payment of fees and the
execution of a Compliance Agreement which stipulates that:
"Upon receipt of certification by the Department of Public Works
that all requirements have been met and a One Year Maintenance Bond,
the City Council agrees to accept the public improvements subject to
the requirements forcorrection of deficiencies and maintenance for a
period of one year . . ; and
WHEREAS, said Certification has now been received; and
WHEREAS, the original performance bond has remained in full force and
effect beyond the normally required maintenance period of one year, and
WHEREAS, the deficiencies which were required to be corrected therein
have been repaired;
NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Tigard, Oregon,
hereby accepts the public improvements constructed within Stratford Subdivision,
said subdivision being recorded in Book 41 on Page 8 in Washington County,
Oregon, Plat Records.
AND FURTHER:, The City Council herewith authorizes release of the
aforesaid bond.

SUBJ: Resolutions Accepting Public Improveme s
Attached are resolutions accepting the public improvements in Hambach
Park Subdivision east of S.W. Hall Blvd. at about S.W. Sattler Street
and in Stratford Subdivision north of S.W. Durham Road across from the
new High School Auditorium.
Staff has inspected these public improvements and recommends Council
( accept them for maintenance.
