CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION NO. 83 -
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING
JUNE 30, 1983.
WHEREAS, the supplemental budget for the City of Tigard was duly approved
by the regularly constituted Budget Committee at its meeting of February 24,
1983, after proceedings in accordance with Chapter 294, Oregon Revised
Statutes; and
WHEREAS, a summary of the supplemental budget document as required by
Chapter 294.416, Oregon Revised Statutes, was duly published in the Tigard
Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the City in accordance with
Chapter 294.421, Oregon Revised Statutes; and
WHEREAS, a hearing by the City Council on the budget document as thus
approved by the Budget Committee was duly called and held on the 21st day of
March, 1983, whereat all interested persons were afforded an opportunity to
appear and be heard with respect to the budget, and
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCZL THAT:
Section 1: Hereby adopts the supplemental budget for 1982-83 in the total sum
of $98,029 now on file at City Hall.
Section 2: The City Recorder be. and she is, hereby authorized and directed
to certify a copy of this Resolution together with a copy of the Budget
Document of the City of Tigard, to the Department of Revenue and Taxation of
Washington County and, further, to file a true copy of the Budget of the City
with the Department of Revenue of the State of Oregon, as provided in Chapter
294.555, Oregon Revised Statutes.
