RESOLUTION NO. 83 — _Lt3_
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE TIGARD PARK
BOARD.
WHEREAS, according to the provisions of Chapter 2.12.010 of the Tigard
Municipal Code, the Park Board shall consist of nine members; and
WHEREAS, due to an expired term of office and a vacancy, there are two
positions on the Park Board, which need to be filled.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIGARD THAT:
Section 1: The following persons Le appointed to the Tigard Park Board
for the terms of office as indicated.
Mr. Ron Latham Term expires December 31, 1983.
Dr. Daniel Graham Term expires December 31, 1986.
