RESOLUTION NO. 83 - 02
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY RECORDER TO EXECUTE A PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION
FINANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF OREGON.
WHEREAS, it has beendetermined by the City Council that it is in the best
Interest of the public -or the City to implement installation of traffic
control signals on SW Pac` fic Highway and Main Street with property controlled
by 3B Bishop; and
WHEREAS, the State of Oregon, acting by and through its Department of
Transportation, Highway Division, and the City of Tigard, Oregon, can provide,
through an Agreement, the most effective means of accomplishing said
installation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF TIGARD THAT:
The Mayor and City Recorder are hereby authorized to execute an agreement
between the State of Oregon and the City to facilitate installation of said
signal. /
