CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION NO. 83 -01
RESOLUTION OF TIGARD CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS KNOWN AS
F.I.G. OFFICE PARK.
WHEREAS, the City executed a street dedication compliance agreement, dated
March 10, 1975, with F.I.G. Holding Company, a California corporation, to install
all public improvements and dedicate SW 68th Parkway; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has now issued certification that all
terms and conditions specified by said agreement have been satisfactorily
completed; and
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Tigard, Oregon, hereby
accepts the public improvements constructed within SW 68th Parkway.
AND FURTHER, the City Council herein authorizes release of the performance
bond therefor. /
