A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL TRANSi'6RRING FUNDS AND REALLOCATING
FUNDING.
WHE"AS, at the time of the budget preparation there were expenditures
which were unanticipated that the City of Tigard has e7perienced; and
WHEREAS, also at the time of budget preparation there were more revenues
anticipated from all funds than have been received.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
Section 1: The following funds must be transferred for legal fees,
personal services, accounting division (due to rate adjustment
for storm drainage) and reallocating funds which are necessary
due to a down turn in all Fund Revenue Sources.
