RESOLUTION NO. 82-137
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL MAKING APPOINTMENT TO THE TIGARD PARK
BOARD.
WHEREAS, according to the provisons of Chapter 2.12.010 of the Tigard
Municipal Code, the Park Board shall consist of nine persons, one of which
shall be a votinr, uember appointed by the Tigard School Board and confirmed by
the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the School Representative position is vacant.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIGARD THAT:
Section 1: The following person be appointed to the Tigard Park Board to
fill the vacancy of the School District Representative for the
term of office as indicated.
