RESOLUTION NO. 8_— 130
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL MAKING APPOINTMENT TO THE TIGARD PARK
BOARD.
WHEREAS, according to the provisions of Chapter 2.12.010 of the Tigard
Municipal Code, the Park Board shall consist of nine members; and
WHEREAS, one position is now vacant on the Park Board.
NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIGARD THAT:
Section 1: The following one person be appointed to the Tigard Park Board for
the term of office as indicated.
Charles Gutweniger Term expires December 31, 1934
