CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION NO. 82-
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CIT`: COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE PROCESSING OF A MAJOR
LAND PARTITION FOR THE BONITA FIRS PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council finds it necessary to require a major
land partition to accommodate the condominium project at Bonita Firs; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council has determined that the imposition of the
burden of financing the filing fees for a major land partition to the property
owner would be inappropriate at this time.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The Director of Planning and Development is authorized to
process a major land partition on behalf of the Robert
Randall Company for the Bonita Firs Project with all fees
waived.
