A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Councilfinds it. necessary to participat.e in
the Urban Services Study in order to document the costs of providing urban
services .in Washington County as well as analyze the extent. of possible double
taxation existing today; and
WHEREAS, in order to participate, the City of Tigard must pled, financial
support in the amount of $5,000; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council finds it. necessary to transfer funds t.o
meet this financial pledge; and
WHEREAS, the Council further finds that there are budgeted funds available
for this expenditure;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it. resolved by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The Tigard City Council hereby authorizes the following t.ransfer
of funds to meet the abovement.ioned expense:
$5,000.00 FROM: Contingency TO: $5,000.00
