RESOLUTION NO. 82- ��
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL CALLING FOR REVIEW ON ITS OWN MOTION OF
CONDITIONS ATTACHED TO SUBDIVISION 5-82 AND PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PD 2-82 CAMBRIDGE
SQUARE.
WHEREAS, a decision of the Planning Commission under TMC 18.84.050 (b) may
be reviewed by the City Council on its own motion under TMC 18.84.250 (b) (2); and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after a public hearing, unanimously
approved S5-82 and PD 2-82 on Scpt.ember 7, 1982; and
WHEREAS, 'the Public Works Director has advised the City Council that a
' public street must be constructed to approved City standards, the Tigard City Council
in the interest of public safety and protecting the best interests of the city will
review the proposal to insure traffic safety in the area; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is providing this notice of review within
fourteen (14) days of the final decision;
�.. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIGARD
as follows:
(a) That the City Council does hereby seek review of the conditions
attached to the approval by the Planning Commission on S5-82 and
PD 2-82 taken September 7, 1982.
(b) That the City Council review will be confined to the record of the
proceedings, will be limited to the grounds relied on in this
Notice of Review, and will be the subject of written argument only,
as provided by T6iC 18.84.290 (b).
