FINAL ORDER

IN THE MATTER OF THE REMAND OF APPLICATION M-1-82 TO THE TIGARD
PLANNING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, NPO 7 has duly appealed the above application from a
Tigard Planning Commission Final Order to the Tigard City Council;
and
WHEREAS, NPO 7 has alleged that TMC S 18.84.070(b) (1) (A) (4)
requiring mailed notice to active neighborhood planning organizations
was not done in this case; and
WHEREAS, a representative of the applicant has agreed to a
remand;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that Application M-1-82 be, and
the same hereby is, remanded to the Tigard Planning Commission for
rehearing due to uncertainties in the record as to compliance with
TMC S 18.84.070(b) (1) (A) (4) .
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Notice of the Final Decision be
given to the applicants and appellants in accordance with TMC
S 18.84.130.
