RESOLUTION NO. 82-99
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO ENTER INTO A CONSTRUCTION -
FINANCE AGREEMENT FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard desires a traffic signal improvement at Main
Street and Highway 99W.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City Of Tigard,
Oregon, that:
The Mayor and City Recorder are authorized to enter into a Construction. -
Finance Agreement for traffic signal installation, shown as Attachment "A"
hereto, for traffic signal improvements at Main Street and Highway 99W.
