A RESOLUTION OF THE T£GARD CITY COUNCIL RATIFYING THE AUTHORIZATION TO CALL
FOR BID FOR MAIN STRF.ET!PACIFIC HIGHWAY LID #37.
WHEREAS, on August 2, 1982, the Tigard City Council, by voice motion,
authorizers the formal call sur I,1d on the Main Street/Pacific Highway LID #37;
and
WHEREAS, Council wishes to formalize that action by resolution.

of said improvements by publication in the Tigard Times not less than ten (10) s
Jays prior to the 23rd of August, 1982, at the hour of 2:30 P.M., which date
and time is hereby designated for the opening of bids in the City of Tigard,
Oregon, City Hall, all proposals to be then and there publicly read. £:
